Streets have to be designed as multifunctional spaces, not necessarily as clearly defined roads.
There has to be a sense of logic to the interior movement, of course. A main route must be identified across the site, and the secondary routes must directly and efficiently relate to it and the exterior main/secondary roads and access points.

In Accordia, this aspect is controlled quite well. The main access route is much defined as a large, open street, with slow diffusion of sidewalks. The street divisions of green spaces bring dynamic to the open routes around the site. Junctions are interacting well with each other, at precise angles, and slightly raised for a better crossing for pedestrians. The streets narrow down when there are parks in their proximity.
