As far as parking is concerned, I think Accordia is accomplishing a number of high standards.
The level of driving and parking are kept the same. This facilitates movement and ease of access.
Ideal parking spaces should be created either under, above, behind or to the side of the building.

In our case study, we see that a number of these options are present, and dealt with in a very pleasant way. In every solution, the car is placed either really close to the building and locked down, or it is in the view range of the owner at all times, and in close proximity for a better psychological comfort.

Considering the current parking-space crisis in England, I think having a 1+1 parking slots/dwelling is quite a sensitive response. Kept in line and out of the cyclists routes, they are well integrated in the development concept, often signaled by surrounded plants or trees.

The refuse management seems to work well. Most of the bins are well hidden and incorporated within the design aesthetics, yet some of them are left out in the open, rather colourful and obvious.

An odd feeling that I had was while seeing a lady taking care of her dirty and clean laundry, accessing her washing machine from outside her house, into a small storage area, next to the main entrance. I am sure there would have been better ways to design this servicing situation.
