Accordia's facades offer a general pleasing image. Frequent doors and windows, with few blank walls, articulation of facades, with projections such as bays and porches, lively internal uses visible from the outside, where most boundaries are either implied by design surfaces or just plain logic.

Fences are provided to protect the vulnerable active areas, such as children's parks. Exterior boundaries (posts and fences) surround the entire development site.

The design pallete for the chosen house designs have also been quite inspired. In most cases, they architects have achieved high functionality with great aesthetics. Some of the affordable housing is lacking in some areas, but still achieves a good housing standard.
