Within the boundaries of the site, it almost feels like you are between neighbours, familiar grounds. This might be due to the fact that the ground, and the activity areas open up toward the centre of the development, guarded by the watchful eyes of the apartment blocks around it.

With the University at one end and Brooklands Avenue at the other, both main entrances are in a good overlooking range from the house owners on the perimeter.

Due to its location, people purposefully come in this area if they own/rent one of the properties. Also, all open spaces within Accordia are surrounded from all sides, enhancing the feeling of familiarity.
