Creating a positive outdoor space involves a certain level of involvement with the entire space as a whole, but a single, multitude divisions at the same time. This means that every inch of space is considered.

In Accordia, the divisioning between places and spaces is clear and celebrated. The building plans follow a consice and neat pattern. The spaces for setbacks are rightly explained and justified, such as for the use of garages or utility areas. The many green areas are open to all sides from the house owners, and well light during the night. The site is covered with mature trees that have been there for at least a century, showing respect for heritage from the architects.

There are a series of interior gardens across the site. The architects have decided to leave them open, but they have placed soft boundaries around them, only small fences that gently remind the visitors of the privacy that is sought after on the site.
