There are more than six types of housing present on this site. Some of them come in more than one design. That means that every single design must have something in common with each other, and something very different, very unique.

The architects have divided the site into a series of different sized and shaped spaces. The dominant buildings, such as the blocks of flats are situated along the sides of the site, in the NW and W. The rest of site seems to gradually step down in height, sloping towards the south. The plan depth is well thought of, overshadowing is well managed.

The building widths are indirect informers of the type of housing it is, and kind of spatial arrangement it is presenting. Often, the affordable housing would bear the same appearance as in the English tradition, with narrow profiles contrasting the wide, open terraced houses.
